Description
The quality of all Denver Mint coins improved considerably starting with 1937, and for the next 20 years of so they would remain the most consistent attractive issues of the three mints. Thus, splendid gems of the 1937-D are plentiful, and a high percentage possess Full Bands. A single repunched mintmark variety is known for this issue, but it has attracted little collector attention.
